Accuracy of The Site’s Information

This Site comprises marketing material produced by WTX and Third Party providers in respect of properties built or in the process of being built by WTX ("The Embassy"). The Site aims to provide information to purchasers who may be interested in acquiring properties located within The Embassy. These Terms relate to information and other material and how it can be used and downloaded by the user only. The Site does not constitute an offer to enter into any form of negotiation or agreement in respect of any property contained within The Embassy.

Liability for Loss or Damage
